Mailwarm vs lemwarm: A Standalone lemwarm Alternative
Mailwarm vs lemwarm: lemwarm is lemlist's warmup, included in lemlist plans, so it's built for teams whose outreach already runs on lemlist. Mailwarm is a standalone warmup service that works with any sending tool. Every Mailwarm customer gets an account manager who helps set up the account and configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, plus deliverability expert calls on every plan. If you don't send from lemlist, or you want an expert on your deliverability rather than a bundled feature, Mailwarm is the better fit.

Network size is one factor among many. Authentication, domain reputation and sending setup decide whether warmup works, which is why Mailwarm puts an expert on every account.
Why support matters more than network size
A bigger warmup network doesn't fix a broken setup. If your SPF record doesn't include the service you send from, your DKIM key isn't published, or your DMARC policy is misconfigured, mailbox providers can still filter your emails, whatever the size of the network warming them up.
That's why every Mailwarm customer gets an account manager. They help you set up your account, check and configure your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, connect your inboxes and plan your ramp-up. Then they stay with you: deliverability expert calls are included on every plan, so when something changes in your sending, someone who already knows your setup is there to help.
Warmup is the part that runs automatically. The expertise around it is what keeps you in the inbox, and it's what we've been doing since 2020.

Why teams look for a lemwarm alternative
1.Warmup comes bundled with an outreach tool
lemlist presents lemwarm as part of its plans. Teams that send from another platform, or only need warmup, end up paying for an outreach tool they don't use.
2.Per-seat pricing adds up
Reviewers of lemlist mention price increases and per-seat costs that stack quickly as a team grows.
3.Support that isn't deliverability-focused
Some reviewers describe support as friendly but not technical enough to give straight answers on deeper issues, and a few report deliverability problems with their campaigns.
You don't use lemlist, or you'd rather not pay for an outreach platform just to warm up your inboxes.
You send from several tools or providers and want one standalone warmup service across all of them: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Postmark or custom SMTP.
You want your SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly, with an account manager checking them with you.
You want deliverability help from people who work on it every day, not general product support.
You want the same person following your results as your team and volume grow.
Who lemwarm is built for
lemwarm is designed for:
Teams whose outreach already runs on lemlist, since lemwarm is included in every lemlist plan.
Teams that want warmup, sequences and LinkedIn outreach in one tool and one bill.
If you send from anything other than lemlist, or you want an expert on your setup, that's what Mailwarm is built for.
How onboarding works with your account manager
1
Onboarding call
Your account manager learns how you send: your tools, your domains, your volumes and what you want to fix.
2
Deliverability audit
An expert reviews your authentication, domain reputation and sending setup before warmup starts.
3
DNS setup
Your account manager helps you add or fix your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records with your DNS provider, and checks that they pass.
4
Pause warmup in lemwarm
Once Mailwarm starts, turn off lemwarm for those inboxes so the two tools don't double your daily volume. You can keep sending your campaigns from lemlist. Your account manager follows the results with you.
lemlist's pricing page presents lemwarm as included in all lemlist plans, and when we checked in October 2026 neither that page nor the lemwarm page listed a separate lemwarm-only plan. If you only need warmup, or send from another tool, a standalone service like Mailwarm avoids paying for an outreach platform you won't use.
How much does lemwarm cost?
lemwarm has no separate price on lemlist's pricing page; it's included in every lemlist plan. The cheapest plan that includes it, the Email plan, was listed at $55 a month billed annually when we checked in October 2026. Check lemlist's pricing page for current figures, since lemlist has changed its prices before.
Is lemwarm worth it?
lemwarm is worth it if you already pay for lemlist, because it's included and built into the same workflow. It's harder to justify if you send from a different tool, since you'd be paying for outreach features you won't use. In that case a standalone email warmup service is usually better value, especially one that includes expert help with your DNS setup.
Can I keep using lemlist and warm up with Mailwarm?
Yes. Mailwarm is standalone, so you can keep sending campaigns from lemlist and run warmup with Mailwarm on the same inboxes. Turn off lemwarm for those inboxes first, so the two warmup tools don't double your daily volume. Your account manager can help you plan the switch around active campaigns.
What is the difference between lemwarm and Mailwarm?
lemwarm is a feature of lemlist. Mailwarm is a standalone warmup service built around expert support. It works with any sending tool, supports Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho and SMTP providers like SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES and Postmark, and every customer gets an account manager who helps set up the account, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and follow results over time.
Which is better, lemwarm or Mailwarm?
If you don't send from lemlist, Mailwarm. lemwarm is built into lemlist plans and isn't sold as a standalone warmup tool. Mailwarm works with any sending tool and adds what a bundled feature doesn't: an account manager who sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC with you, and deliverability expert calls on every plan. If lemlist is your sending tool, you can also keep it and warm up with Mailwarm.
Will my Mailwarm account manager help if I keep sending from lemlist?
Yes. Mailwarm is standalone, so you can keep lemlist for your campaigns. Your account manager helps you connect your sending inboxes, checks that your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are set up for every service you send from, and plans the switch from lemwarm around your active campaigns.
