"I spend 95% of my time handcrafting compelling messages and building perfect audiences. All that time and effort is wasted if those emails hit the spam folder. Mailwarm is like putting the optimisation of my sender reputation on autopilot. Now I can be confident that my campaigns are landing in the inbox and I can focus on generating leads for my clients."

FAQ

How does it work, briefly ?

Your email account will automatically send dozens of emails to Mailwarm (+5,000 email accounts), on a daily basis at the right frequency. These emails will be marked as non-spam, opened, get starred, and get replied. By doing so, your email, domain and IP reputations will raise and keep your emails away from spam!

What plan should I choose ?

It depends on your current email activity : sending volumes, quality of your leads, number of email accounts.
If your email has been recently created or sends <500 emails/day, we recommend you the small plan (Starter plan), you can then upgrade as you grow.
200 Mailwarm emails/day are recommended for a single account sending around 500-2000 emails a day.
500 Mailwarm emails/day are recommended for a single account sending around 2000-5000 emails a day.
Please note that the daily sending limits of each plans are in total. It's up to you to add several email accounts (for the Growth and Scale plans) and dispatch the 200 (or 500) daily emails on all of your email accounts.
Those are indications, you should set Mailwarm regarding your current email activity and how your recipients behave towards your emails. Mailwarm has to be considered as a ratio of your global email activity to have enough impact. If you have any questions or larger needs, please contact us.

Are the emails limits expressed in total or per account ?

Indicated volumes are total Mailwarm emails per day.
Growth plan : you can either allocate the 200 daily Mailwarm emails on a single account, or split them on 2 or 3 email accounts.
Scale plan : you can either allocate the 500 daily Mailwarm emails on a single account, or split them on 1 to 10 email accounts.
Additional emails to your plan limits are charged 0.05$/additional email.
If you need larger volumes, please contact us.

What is the "seats" amount related to?

Depending on the plan, you may invite team members to your Mailwarm account.
The number of seats refers to the max number of users who can have access to your Mailwarm account.

I'm a newbie at sender reputation, spam and so on, could you tell me more about it ?

Sure, everything is explained in this blogpost.

Do you promise I won't land in spam ?

Reaching inbox is a fine mix between the content of your emails and the activity of your account. We take care of this very last part so we count on you to follow the best practice regarding content, then things will go well for you.

Do you offer volume licensing for enterprise ?

Yes, we do. If you need Mailwarm for more than 10 email account or more than 500 daily interactions, please reach out to us.

How long should I use Mailwarm ?

Mailwarm raises and keep your sender reputation high which is the key to avoid the spam folder, it's meant to run on a daily basis during your email account life as it's balancing your own activity.

What do you mean by "reputation" ?

Each time you send an email, internet service providers (e.g. Gmail) attribute a reputation score to your email account, domain and IP. This value is based on the content of the email, the age of your account and its sending activity. If this score is bad, your emails go into spam or might get blacklisted.

Will my inbox be full of Mailwarm emails ?

Mailwarm is based on generating an email activity between you and us, so you'll receive emails from Mailwarm (quite a lot). Thanks to a specific word in their content you can create a rule to redirect them directly into a folder, so your inbox will stay clean.

What kind of emails are sent ?

Mailwarm emails are sent from your email account and auto-generated. Content and length of the emails are optimized to raise your account reputation, they don't bring valuable information. Replies will be stored in a dedicated folder so you won't be bothered with them.

Does Mailwarm send and receive emails with my account ?

A traditional email account is built with a sender part (SMTP) and a receiver part (IMAP). Emails will be sent through your SMTP to Mailwarm's accounts, which will reply according to the reply ratio you set (30% is recommended).
